NOTES : Frederick Ariel QX57662 and Elizabeth Mary Ariel (nee Shepherd) were the parents of Arthur Richard Ariel. Arthur’s brother Kenneth Frederick Ariel 414635 served in the RAAF. Arthur was discharged on the 19 July 1944. He married Gloria Fay Mundey and they had four children. Sadly they died on the 15 May 1961 and are buried together in Boonah.
