NOTES : Colin as he was known, was accidently killed along with the six members of his flight crew when their plane crashed during a training exercise in Townsville.

He was the son of Edward Basil and Miriam Louise Crocker (nee Hely) of Goondiwindi.

Colin attended St Mary’s Parish Primary School in Goondiwindi before travelling to Warwick to study at the Warwick State High School.
