NOTES : Brother: Frederick George Makings 7509. Frederick and Mary Jane Makings two sons Charles and Frederick served in WWI. Charles was married to Cecilia Jane Makings (nee McNamara). Charles was noted as Wounded in Action, after suffering from a shell wound to right shoulder. He was discharged Medically Unfit in 1917.
