NOTES : Oswald (Ossie) James O’Grady was born in Warwick, and was the son of James Patrick and Rosina O’Grady (nee Cox). His brother Ronald William O’Grady QX37727 died of wounds in Papua New Guinea. Ossie served in the Middle East, Papua New Guinea and Darwin. At various times during his service, he suffered from bouts of malaria and bronchitis. His wife was Thelma O’Grady.
