NOTES : Forbes was the son of John Malcolm and Georgiena Elizabeth Porter of Wallace Street, Warwick.
He attended Warwick State High School and enjoyed playing football.
Forbes served in England, Middle East, India and Bengal before he was accidently killed when his plane crashed on the edge of the airfield.
